
1-1/4 cups fresh strawberries
¼ cup sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons grated lime rind
Process all ingredients in a food processor until smooth, Stopping to scrape down the sides.
Can be used as a topping for cheese cake etc…
Graham Cracker Crust:
15 graham crackers crushed
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons melted butter
Mix together and press into pie pan. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
Glaze topping
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons strawberry Jell-O (powder)
1 cup water
Mix dry ingredients. Add water. Heat until thick
Rinse and cap 1 quart strawberries. Place in the cooled crust. Coat with gaze topping and refrigerate until ready to serve. Top with whipped cream.
1 cup yogurt
½ cup fresh strawberries
¼ cup apple juice
1 banana
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend to desired consistency.
1 French vanilla cake mix
1 large container cool whip
1 large pkg. Vanilla instant pudding, (prepared).
2 cups fresh strawberries
Bake cake as directed into two layers. Cut cake layers into 2 additional layer slices and layer them on each cake layer with the cool whip icing between layers. Top with whole sweet berries.
