For October of 2021 we will post procedures and activities in September.  We do not know at this time if we will be allowed to host group activities.

We will not be hosting the large school groups this year as we have  in the past as we're unable to assure social distancing with the children.  We hope to be able to provide that again in the future.

We have an additional hay ride wagon this year so we can space families out that come to visit and we have taken the corn boxes out as it would have been to difficult to sanitize them.

We will have the petting zoo, straw maze, Baby chick holding and a large sand pile with diggers.  The cost is $9.00 per person; 2 and older.  Children must be accompanied at all times on the farm and cannot venture to activities on their own.  This is a working farm and care must be taken to keep all children safe.

We ask that you wear a mask in the sales barn and any time you are within 6 feet of another person outside.  Please do not come to the farm if you have any symptoms of a viral illness to include: cough, fever, sore throat, sneezing, nausea , vomiting, diarrhea, or headache.

When you come to our farm it is with the understanding that there are inherent risks from weather, insects, moving vehicles, uneven ground, wildlife, and allergens that Shlagel Farms cannot prevent you from encountering. Your children are welcome but must stay with you at all times and only in the designated areas. The ponds and buildings are off limits. Please leave your pets at home.  We follow strict Food Safety precautions to keep all of our produce as safe as possible. You can help us by washing your hands and all of your produce prior to consuming.
